Tired of hearing "we're sorry to inform you"?

Interview to Offer

The course that turns your next interview into your next job.

You've put in the work.

You tailored your CV. You researched the company. You picked the outfit. You showed up.

And then you got the email.

"After careful consideration, we have decided to move forward with other candidates."

And the worst part isn't the rejection. It's not knowing why. Was it something you said? Something you didn't say? Were you just not good enough?

You were good enough.

You just weren't prepared the right way.

Most people treat interviews like a test; they either pass or fail based on who they are.

But the candidates who get offers know something you don't yet:

The interview is a skill.

And skills can be learned.

Sounds familiar?

Who is this for?

You know you're good at what you do. The rejections don't make sense.

You get to the interview and then… nothing. No offer, no explanation, just that email.

You're qualified. You're prepared. And you still can't figure out what you're doing wrong.

You're starting to wonder if it's just not meant to be.

It is.

You're just missing the strategy.

Get to know me

I'm Emma, a recruiter and career strategist.

By day I'm a Director of Recruitment, which means I have been on the other side of your interview more times than I can count. I know what makes someone memorable. I know what makes us move on. And I know exactly where most candidates lose the offer, and it is almost never about experience.

Being a recruiter taught me that building a career is a skill. There are rules nobody writes down, dynamics nobody explains, and strategies that some people just happen to learn because they were surrounded by the right people at the right time. Most people weren't that lucky.

I built Career With Emma to change that.

To share the career skills that actually get you ahead.

What’s inside

  • How to Prepare

The questions that come up in almost every interview, how to walk in with your intro ready, and how to build a bank of real scenarios for those "tell me about a time" moments.

  • The Secret Rules of Interviews

What recruiters are actually thinking, what to wear, what to say, what never to say, and all the things nobody tells you before you walk in.

  • The Tricky Questions

Salary, weakness, conflict, failure. The questions that trip everyone up and exactly how to answer them without losing the offer.

  • After the Interview

The follow-up most people skip, the email that keeps you top of mind, and the question you should always ask yourself before you say yes.

  • The Skill of Interviewing

How to pause without panicking, take notes like a pro, and stay composed when the conversation doesn't go the way you planned.

  • The Hard Stuff

Career gaps, nonlinear paths, switching industries. How to tell a complicated story simply and make it work in your favor.
